How soon will I receive my order?
Most products are in stock and shipped out the same day. Shipping varies depending on the distance your package has to travel. Usually 2-4 days for delivery. For Example we are in Mesa, Arizona the closer you are to us the faster you get your package; California 2-3 days, Florida 5 days.

Do you ship international orders? Is shipping Free on international orders? How much will it cost?
Yes, We will ship anywhere. On international orders the shipping charges are on a case by case basis, depending on what you want shipped and where it is going. Additional shipping charges are required. Some countries cost more to ship to and require more paper work, and takes longer shipping time. If your order is from out side of the United States, please email us and we will find out how much it will cost. Usually there are a few different rates depending on how soon you want it. How much will shipping be?
Shipping for rocket ket is $2.95, Medium package is $6.50, and FREE Shipping on all scooters, and parts orders over $100.00; except for Tippmann products. The manufacture will not let us offer free shipping. So the actual shipping charges apply. We usually ship UPS ground, or Priority Mail on all packages, which ever costs less. If you want to pay to upgrade your shipping, you can leave instructions in the comments section that you would like to pay the extra to upgrade shipping to next day air, second day air, or third day air.

Is shipping free on all Razor Scooters, even the electric models?
YES, Shipping is Free on All Razor Scooters, the A-1, A-2, A-3, Cruiser, the Scream machine, skateboards, and the electric scooters.

Can I return products that I just ordered and get all my money back?
If you need to return a product you need to call us first. Then ship your product back. Return products are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. This covers merchant credit card charges, shipping, packaging and repackaging. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Do the Razor Electric Scooters come with a Warranty?
Yes, they are handled directly by Razor. They cover any parts and service issues on the razor Electric scooters. Just call Razor Directly at 1-866-467-2967 and they will send replacement parts out directly.

How do I make my Go-ped faster?
The easiest way and the cheapest is to add a rocket key. That is usually what I suggest first. It will add about 4mph. I takes only 15 minutes to install and only costs less than $7.00.
The Next thing that I would add is an air filter kit. Air filters let the motor breathe better and adds max power. The next thing that I would add is either a HP carb kit, or a better exhaust pipe.
Then you may want to add a different drive spindle to get more top speed.
You could always add an ORC motor. They start out at 2.5 HP and can go up from there. Just email us if you have any other questions.

How Fast Does a Go-Ped Scooter Go?
A Stock goped Scooter with the G23 Motor(1.2HP); Sport, or Bigfoot, goes approx 18-20 MPH. With the G23ORC Motor 2.5 HP, it goes approx 25-30 MPH. With larger drive spindles and performance parts they can go faster. The G260RC Motor is 3.0 HP and goes faster with more torque.

What does a "ROCKET KEY" do?
A "ROCKET KEY" safely advances the timing to make the motor run better, and give a little more power and Horse power. It installs in less than 15 minutes with simple tools. You will probably see an increase of 2-4 MPH. This is the largest power gain for the least amount of money.

How do I install a Rocket key?
INSTALLING A ROCKET KEY
1. Remove fan cover, leaving pull star attached.
2. Remove flywheel nut.
3. Tighten the 6mm puller bolt into one of the threaded holes on the flywheel.
4. Tighten bolt against case behind flywheel (look for high spot on case) until flywheel pops off.
5. Remove stock woodruff key from crankshaft.
6. Wipe end of the crankshaft clean.
7. Apply a small amount of grease to the crankshaft end and keyway.
8. Install the rocket key with the offset on the right side. (towards rear of Go-Ped)
9. Re-install flywheel lining up the keyway in the flywheel with the rocket key.
10. Press flywheel on as far as possible by hand, it may be tight going onto the rocket key.
11. Install flywheel nut and tighten tight.
12. Re-install fan cover.
13. Recheck flywheel nut after 5 minutes of use.
*NOTE: rocket key replaces the stock woodruff key.

What Does a 3rd Bearing do?
A 3rd Bearing protects the motor by giving the motor extra support. The drive spindle is a little longer and goes into a bearing that is secured on the frame. This keeps the crank shaft from moving up and down, like when your jumping. And this protects the crank shaft.

What is the difference of the drive spindle numbers .675, .750, .800?
This is the diameter of the spindle. This is like a gear on a bike. The lower number .675 takes off quicker, the .750 has more mid range power, and the .800 has a higher top speed.

What does a high flow air filter do?
It allows more air into the engine to give it more power and performance. An air filter alone does not add very much power. If you add a HP Carb first you will notice a greater gain in power.

Which barrels can I use on my paint ball gun and what do they do?
The different guns have different threads and barrel lengths. Tippmann A-5 is different than the Tippmann Custom 98. The aftermarket barrels add distance and accuracy. Some of the other brands are compatible with the Kingman Spyder barrel threads. For example Parahania, Black Maxx, Rebel, Spyder use the same type barrel.

What does the Tippmann Flatline Barrel do?
The Tippmann Flatline barrel system adds a back spin on the ball, like when a golf ball is hit, which gives the ball lift and adds distance. The Flatline barrels only fit the Tippmann A-5, or the Tippmann Custom 98.

What is the difference in paintball Paint?
Paintball paint comes in different quality. Some of the paint comes as seconds or low for lower cost, but do not shoot as straight or may break in the gun. We do not carry the cheaper paint. All the paintballs that we carry are medium grade or above. They shoot very well and do not usually break in the gun. We carry Draxxus, Diablo, Great American Paintball, PMI Premium, PMI Marballizer, Diablo formula 13,and 32 degrees.
